Precautions for assembly line production

　　During the production and manufacturing of the assembly line, the access parts of each transmission line shall be maintained regularly. Whether the connection is reliable and good, whether there is rust, etc. Before the application of machines and equipment on the assembly line, check whether the power supply system route of the production workshop meets the load requirements of machines and equipment; Whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements of machinery and equipment. Regularly maintain whether the installation of various parts of the assembly line is excellent, whether the standard parts are loose, and whether there are other dirty things and noises inside the human body.

　　Before starting the motor, be sure to check whether the reducer in the main transmission device of the assembly line has been supplied with oil; If not, fill No. 30 vehicle oil or engine oil above the road marking, clean and change the engine oil after 200 hours of application, and then clean and change the engine oil every 2000 hours. The conveyor belt of the assembly line shall be adjusted immediately: an adjusting extruder screw shall be set in the tensioning equipment at one end of the upper body of the line, and the tightness level of the conveyor belt has been adjusted during installation. After running for a certain time, due to the damage of various rotating components under long-term anti tension operation, it will lead to extension. At this time, the tensioning purpose can be achieved by rotating and adjusting the extruder screw, But pay attention to tight fit.

　　At the end of each shift, the dirt on the whole line and under the main and auxiliary machines shall be cleaned, and the machinery and equipment shall be kept clean, tidy and dry, so as to improve the service life of the assembly line. The rolling bearings and bearings with seats of the assembly line shall be inspected and cleaned regularly every year. If they are found damaged and unsuitable for application, they shall be repaired or replaced immediately, and lubricating grease shall be added. The amount of grease shall be about two-thirds of the inner wall. During the whole application process of the assembly line, electronic devices shall be placed in time, and the release of non installation objects such as broken paper, cloth and special tools shall be prohibited, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the production line.

　　For the first time, the repair and maintenance method of the engine reducer of the assembly line is applied in three months. Drain the automobile oil in the reducer, clean the reducer with diesel engine or vehicle gasoline, and add new grease to the middle of the window immediately after draining( Pay attention to moistening every month (whether it is too little). Then change the grease every year. Too much grease will cause the reducer to burn, and the overload protector of the motor will be disconnected due to excessive motor load. Too little grease will cause the reducer to burn, expand the noise and strangle.
